Mr. He served as General Manager and Secretary of the Party Committee of China Unicom Maoming Branch, General Manager of Human Resource Department of China Unicom Guangdong Branch, General Manager and Secretary of the Party Committee of China Unicom Guangzhou Branch, Deputy General Manager and Member of the Party Committee of China Unicom Guangdong Branch, General Manager and Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of China Unicom Guangdong Branch, General Manager and Secretary of the Party Committee of China Unicom Guangdong Branch, and Chairman of China Unicom (Guangdong) Industrial Internet Co., Ltd.
Mr. He is currently Vice President and Member of the Party Leadership Group of China United Network Communications Group Company Limited.
